A Nurturing Home for Medically Fragile Children

When a child lives in a long-term care facility, it is their home. With an average length of stay of more than three years, our health care facilities need to be more than a hospital or subacute rehabilitation facility. They need to be warm and familiar homes to each and every child. So while our buildings meet the highest standards for health care facilities, they are also homes where our children will spend a significant portion of their young lives.

We are committed to maintaining an environment that is both homelike and clinically exacting. Both of our clinical care facilities are recognized as Five-Star facilities by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid, the highest level of recognition awarded by CMS. This recognition signifies our exceptional performance in State health inspections, high clinical staffing levels, and consistent quality of care indicators.

Our facilities are located in the South Bay cities of Campbell, San Jose, and Saratoga in Santa Clara County, and are conveniently located minutes from world-class hospitals including the Lucille Packard Children’s Hospital, Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, and Kaiser Permanente Medical Center. As Northern California’s only providers of pediatric subacute care, we also work with referring hospitals throughout Northern California to place children in need of our unique services.
